The Ninth Commandment!

The Ninth Commandment!

The Ninth Commandment, “You shall not bear false witness,” has been perhaps the most difficult stumbling block for mankind (Exodus 20:16). It is troubling when the President thinks that jailing terrorists was an incentive to recruit more terrorists. The President is entitled to his opinion; only he has been misinformed. History and the facts contradict such an assumption. Let me be bold enough to relate my experience as to who the real culprit is that incited saboteurs and terrorists in Word War II.

I lived in Nazi Germany from 1940 to 1945 and we were exposed to German propaganda daily and it was based on the American News Media. What were mild anti-war demonstrations in America became huge incentives for Mr. Goebels telling us that America was ready to quit and that Germany was winning the war. My father listened secretly to a Russian station and heard just the opposite. It was the News Media and the false propaganda that recruited and prolonged the war.

I have lived in the U.S.A. since 1958 and have observed some drastic changes the way the Liberal News Media distorts truth and reports opinions as if they were facts. To an outsider, it appears that the Liberals hate their own country and that is why they disgraced their last President. Throughout the ordeal, the President remained kind and steadfast doing the best he could, in the face of degrading opposition, to keep this country safe from intrusion. If the treatment he has received from the Media was not a violation of the Ninth Commandment, then what was? Is it any wonder that the party in power shuns the Ten Commandments? Have we asked ourselves why the Liberal News Media has not described the enemy this nation is facing? There was none like it in history.

Thanks to the Liberal News Media, this nation is divided and the enemies have gained ground. False reporting leads to wrong solutions and conclusions. Only truth can set us free and grant us victory (John 8:32). It does not take a genius to know that a divided nation or even a home will not survive in adversities. Not even evil, when it is divided, shall survive. The very be-smearing of a God-fearing leader is a crime against God (Mark 3:23-30; Matthew 5:22). The Ninth Commandment was intended to guard our speech (James 3:1-12). It is tragic that our own words end up judging us (Luke 19:22).
